actually i want to tell you guys something, while i agree money is important BUT plz dont make it too important. Whatever money that you gain,you won't be able to take it with you and plz, is not the end when you die, the consciousness doesnt die bcoz the world is not as real as you think. I tell you something, there was a rich man, he scheme against his siblings to get his father's properties and continue building up his properties BUT he was a stingy person, he keep accumulating more and more and is very thrifty. In the end, he passed away, without using the money and can't take it away. Whatever he accumulated he left it to his children. From what I can see, he left 2 bad things to himself and his children. For him, his hard work means no gain to him and he left with a bad conscience. As for his children and his future descendant, the money will give them enough to spend for generations which will make them becoming spoil brats in the future.
As for those who think a lot about beauty, especially if you are the elderly ppl and I'm sure there are many here bcoz normally the rich ppl in this forum who are able to invest in big time are quite old and plz, take a photo of when you were young and look at yourself now. Sometimes money corrupt our mind like the case above. Remember whatever that you have will pass, you won't be able to keep them. Sex is same thing, some enjoy sex , talk about sex, but sex is just something your mind crave, when you are old, you won't talk about it anymore, everything is actually in your mind. No matter how rich you are, there will be a day you will get old, sick and die. You CAN'T ESCAPE

some would say is insider buying, but i tell u guys , even the most rotten stock would have buyers bcoz there are many gamblers around. This group of buyers they don't talk about fundamentals, only one think, chart. Even counter like xinquan would have big buyers. Many here know about this, so they are also doing the same thing. IMO, this counter only for hit and run, not for long term, if you hold for long term, you most likely will lose your money.

the bus companies actually profited from the shifting of the old custom to the new custom bczo u can't walk anymore, u have to take a bus. Another thing, traffic was diverted to the new custom and which is linked to commercial centre. Both the new custom and the commercial centre have business running. The old custom which used to have shops with very good biz, some closed shop bcoz lost the traffic.

so what does it tell us? Actually u dont need invest billions one, just use brain enough

Just to let u guys know, many years ago, u could walk from the old malaysian custom to singapore custom with less than 15 minutess. I think if you walk fast, 10 min will do. Some they don't know how near singapore is to jb. So if there's any traffic jam, they could walk, back and forth. This is what they did. Nowadays, u are not allowed to walk and is very far. Is basically u want to cross to singapore, u need to take a vehicle either your own vehicle bus or train. Last time u can cross for free using your legs. These days, there are 3 places which can lead to traffic jam, 1. Jam in malaysia custom, 2. Jam between malaysia and singapore 3.jam in singapore custom.
Last time they could bypass the 1 and 2, so the jam would at 3 only. With 1,2,3, your likelihood of being in a traffic jam increases because there are 2 additonal areas where u may end up getting traffic jam. If all 3 areas jam, u mati loh,jam like hell. Talking about the new malaysian building custom,is a weird building,very big one, u need to walk long distance to take a bus, and is very far away from singapore custom. So the new custom actually contributed a lot to the difficulty of those going back and forth from singapore everyday.

the rest of the small tolls, those that caused traffic jam, think can throw them out. For NSE, i don't think throwing it out is appropriate, minimum charges.
As for EPF interest in it, you need to look at the contract, by right it should have ended and I'm sure epf would have gotten more than what it had invested. So giving money to EPF shouldnt be an excuse. I'm sure since EPF had earned much more, the money I'm sure would have been invested in other places. The fact is the way they run the contract dragged the concession

well, i also feel that abolishing toll especially the NS is not right because need maintenance. They should instead opt for a minimum charge to maintain the highway.

what lah, u think harapan is anti development? It isn't. Is just that there are lots of lopsided contracts being implemented during BN's time. Harapan is just restructuring the economy. Look at the North South highway, never ending toll one. By right, think today should be the end of toll collection but not ended yet, why????????????. Harapan is using surgical knife to operate on things which are wrong.They just operate a little bit, in power less than 1 month, and some are screaming like crazy. U buy crony companies, is your fault. Don't blame harapan.
