"The SC had also vide its Letter informed that the application for the lifting of the existing moratorium on Inari shares held by Insas Technology Berhad, Macronion Sdn Bhd and Ho Phon Guan has been approved in conjunction with the Proposed Transfer Listing. The lifting of the existing moratorium is to be effective on the date of the official listing of Inari on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad."

Once Inari on the mainboard, the moratorium will be lifted and Insas can do what they want with the Inari holdings.

"The Proposed Share Issuance shall be conditional upon the following:
(i) the approval from Bursa Securities for the listing of and quotation for
the Subscription Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities;
(ii) the approval from the shareholders of the Company for the Proposed
Share Issuance;"

They will need to get the approval of both Bursa and shareholders before Quek got the shares. By the time, he got the shares, it does not mean that Alam share price will be at current level...it could be higher or lower than 1.35.

So stop nonsensical mumbling or else I will have to keep laughing.
