# connie - CT has not some valid points on a decision to sell which is probably applicable when you have the means to hold. Otherwise one have to cut loss to move to other counters to recover. Holding on may lose out the opportunity. But then again you must be sure that the new counter must bring you the gains. St times, the cut loss counter may go up after you have sold and the new counter you go in may drip after buying. This is how unpredictable the market is !

Christine, cut lost is a good technique but that decision has only be done after asking yourself few questions:-

1) what is my entry?
2) Is my entry far to TP?
3) Where is the support?
4) what lvl price will drop if retraces?
5) which wave is it now? final? or wave3?
6) is that a pure goreng ctr?

Let's do a bit of analysis. Last year EAH made 5.9 million. The announcement says it secured a project for 59 million. Assuming a net margin of 10%, it comes to 5.9 million which is equivalent to the whole of last year's profit. Thus it is not logical for the share price to remain at current level. It's just a matter of holding power. Even if it goes up by 1 sen, it gives you a return of about 7.7% (based on closing price of 13 sen). Just be extra patient. The downside is limited with strong support at 12 sen.

# Escape - EAH will compensate some of your reduced profits in GHL. And talking about EAH, I first bought 30 lots more than 3 years back and kept averaging down to 12 sen, In the process I had more than 600 lots. However again because of low activity I clear 150 lots at 13 sen (just a month ago, 6K gone) as I needed to switch counters. Luckily managed to make from MModes, Fibon, Homeritz and Destini WA.

However I may start selling my balance progressively !

# Tony - not sure whether there is a tea shop nearby but it's the same row as the famous pan mee shop. There is another outlet at Pandamaram and another at the Lot 10 food court (which I do not fancy). No ideas about those in Taman Rashna.
