Who has spoken on the above subjects?
Who has told you about the financial problem of major shareholders?
Who has high-lighted problem on pledged securities?

Do a bit of research to satisfy yourself.........

You know the problem?
Promoters will light light the positive aspect, but silent on the negative side.

You try to share your view on negative side, you will be attacked and named with all crazy terms you can think of.

Parkson is a good case study.
It is drifting downwards without any support level, everyday low just like Tesco slogan.

You know characteristics of drifting counter?
Unless sudden sharp fall with a surge in volume (associated with forced selling), or WC step down, or WC decide to sell all PRGL assets, or PRA sold to third party, or engaging external management consultant like Mc Kinsey to have organization restructuring, share price will drift downwards everyday.

Why not WC using internal management team to conduct organization restructuring?
Reasons:
1. Interference from WC.
2. Internal management teams are paid peanuts, so all are monkeys. Monkeys can only run monkey business.
3. Management consultants will be made accessible to all business entities within the group. What asset to dispose off, what asset to merge, how to cut operating cost, how to improve cash flow via fresh capital infusion, which dead wood to be removed, how to enforce and strengthen company policy statements, how to make CEO responsible and accountable, how to down size and optimization.
4. Management consultants will just make recommendations.
They will have lesser consideration on one off losses, but more on turn around.
Implementation all depends on will and wisdom of WC.
5. WC should place more trust on external expert recommendation, rather than seeking advice from his internal management team (all monkeys because paid with peanuts). Monkeys cannot give creative and innovative business direction. They just follow typical business model from book.

Why can't he sell those shares to third party and to get money he needed from 'outside source'?

This is one of the red flag that Indian retiree should have take note.

If WC still has money, he won't sell 56m Parkson shares to LionForest at 75 sen for total of 42m.

Those Parkson shares were his personal holding, he passed them to LionForest to take out (siphoning) from the minority shareholders.
The proof of 'integrity' and 'ethics' of Parkson Chairman and CEO.

Where is the logic if major shareholders already in financial distress and still want to ask for RI?
Who is going to subscribe if major shareholders decline to take up their entitlement?

If he has the tendency using MF to punt big in Jaks and Sendai, do you think he is willing 'to set aside' 50m idling?

You are right!
When KYY tell you to buy, he may have bought very substantial amount at much lower price.
When he start to promote, he will trade to make it appear active, and the share start to move fast.
That is the time he is doing feeding........SOP for market operator.

Sendai and Jaks may be his Waterloo. He was not able to distribute because lack of followers.
So he must just keep on servicing his margin finance.

Hahaha...

From the company announcement, you can see that my wife and I have been selling to meet margin call. Forced selling is a vicious cycle. The more we sell the more the price will drop which causes more forced selling until more investors buy on cheap sale to support the price.

I must admit my wife and I have bought too much Jaks with Margin loan. Jaks has very good profit growth prospect, especially when the power plant in Vietnam is completed in about 2 years. Jake is like XO brandy, I drank too much until I have to vomit it out. I must admit that I was too greedy. I am sorry that many of my followers are also affected by the depressed price. I hope they did not buy with margin loan.

When KYY kept on buying, Jaks moved up because of artificial demand.
When KYY stopped buying, that artificial demand no more exist. You know Newton's Law of Motion? F = Mf + R
No more acceleration (f), F becomes net Deceleration R (Friction).
So the price come down on normal selling.

The BIG problem NOW is KYY is selling non-stop, Friction is not the only force in play. Bankers put a heavy break to kill the share price.

So all in all, Jaks can only go holland if additional breaking force exerted by forced selling of pledged securities...........

Please don't tell me Tun looking at Sinkansen for KL-S'pore HSR.

Sinkansen construction cost is 3 times more expensive and take 2 times longer to build.
Moreover, Japan is only good at constructing HSR in very cold environment, not in equatorial climate with high humidity and hot weather.
Believe all track build by Japan will become crooked when temperature reach 40 deg Celsius.
PH govt cannot put rakyat in hardship again.............

At most he can buy only 1.255% more.
If he stop buying, only logical that he will sell, sooner or later unless he is going for GO -- highly not probable.

So better sell now before he unload it............

Due for completion August 2016, cannot deliver VP by August 2019.

well, I still have a million $ EPF account, I have not touched.....now, that is compounding.

EPF account can talk about compounding, not your penny stocks value investing. You never know what happens next to your penny stocks.

my stocks today is about $ 300,000......ready cash about $ 300,000....I don't know whether I will reach the size of KYY by 80, but its a good target .





How old are you now, fake Accountant?

With average volume 3-4 million a day, you will need to be net seller for 40 market days at 4m each day.
Can you do it without depress its share price?
