if one believes strongly in the FR(fibonacci retracement)then using the 30% &60% guideline uncle K has got plenty to worry(not that he will lose sleep over it)the next couple of days. If carimin is a stock reflection of dayan, the current price level with heavy deliveries there is one direction this thing will head to...that is south!

TA shows a runaway gap between 88 - 92...most likely than ever this gap will be covered sooner or later....

rr88, there's a lady long time ago, let's just call her Mrs. Lot and she became a pillar of Salt all bcoz she turned and looked back. Moral of the story is once you are focused on the front just take your profits and never looked back lest the demons starts to tempt you again.

if u check out in your bursa announcement, there is this guy named SERI Tan Kean Soon. (im not sure why these bursa guys left out his first title eg datok or tan sri). But anyway SERI has been accumulating his own shares like nobody bizness. apparently the company has seen the worst and ready for a ripe rebound to turnaround this year. Since last quarters it has been steadily chalking up profits and by uncle's golden rule of investing (errr speculating for some) this stks fits in perfectly in his portfolio. Im obliged to tell you too ive bought into it and waiting for some blogger to grant it a promo for me to profit from it. haha

I first started playing this fella in the 1st week of January. I noticed suddenly there was some movement in my screen. back then Perdana was more active than naim & dayang. I began to put them all in my radar. I picked up Naim at 0.05c more than the rights issue my time horizon is at worst 3 months of foregoing short term FD. Then came in the buyers 1st the O&G play then Naim then Perdana...the rest is history. I've traded these 3 stocks in and out for the last 2 months and my stamina is thin now. Maybe there is still room to go north ( not that one can control) but there will come a time when enough is enough. So maybe there is a last hurrah before I bid adieu to these Hornbills stocks.

all I can say is 2 quarters of results don't mean anything...bcoz just like Trump's unpredictable mood anything can happen in the next 2 quarter. I would say 2 full years of annual reports is a good judge to select a certain stock. However, im obliged to tell you, as a speculator in the market, TA is the most reliable form of tool one can rely on besides the gut feeling and a lion heart made of steel. And on top of it, if one does not have the capital, plz refrain from gambling in this high risk arena.

but what I know is when or if the next round of trade talks between the two giants fails which is unpredictably likely going to happen all of us will cry with no tears …. and that no one can predict !

soon some of you guys will start promo on all the swakians stks like taan, wtk, jtiasa, rsawit, ...just to name a few..... but im obliged to tell you I've already bought into it couple of weeks ago....(sorry uncle koon, had to borrow your famous phrase)

if u depend on 2 quarters of reporting to make a decision then I would say that you are a very short term market player. To go thru a very vigorous and 'leh cheh' or 'ma fun' task of selection of a certain stock to fit your investment criteria then to sell it off and go thru it all again will be an utterly waste of time.

I would say uncle koon's golden rule of investing should be renamed as golden rule of speculating.

dont play play with klang folks ya.... the trend of convenient stores in malaysia is on the rise especially mid tier one. Family mart is aggressively expanding, its products are innovative and packaging are clean n presentable. It caters for a good segment of young and mid age class population. I think if this venture is successful ql has more room to go...
