I have yet to talk about tendering and the civil works duration for completion until ccc.

Then from vacant possession and installation of machine/etc. Next you have testing, audit and certification.

Simple calculation, min is 5 years before you can see the 1st unit out from its production.

@dunspace, i deleted my earlier comment as i don't mean to talk bad about insas..i just think asset play is not worth it...by taking daiman example, much opportunity cost been wasted. in 2013 daiman nta already RM5...so possible that some may accumulate between 2013 to 2015 which above rm3 (adjusted dividend)..

especially small mid cap..

stock market full of sharks...some sifu got a lot of followers, easily can move the share price and create domino effect until result are out and proved wrong...so be aware of what you are dealing with..that's all.

Depends on what stock....sometimes we should buy when pe is high and sell when pe become low...text book wont teach u this.

in i3 sifu/blogger, i give my votes to kcchong and icon8888, for me both of them are the best, one is investor, one is value trader....

small cap stock is like that loh....so be smart, be aware of what you are playing with...play small cap and play bluechip is different...
