The unit production cost for oil is very very low, Example in Saudi only $7 per barrel and Malaysia $13 per barrel. To imagine it can command such high price of $80 is due to OPEC and USA destabilizing the middle east. If really oil price continuing spiking, they can always implement fuel surcharge to cushion it. But oil price always repeat itself and crushing all the way down again. Overall, everybody still flys with Airasia and they still gonna take your money away.
