I heard Hengyuan and many stocks don't pay dividend. Why no problems unlike Xinquan and other Red chips in Bursa?

it is refundable lor...not anyhow gave money to dutaland just like that.... S&P agreement contract have not yet sign....must read properly before blaming bplant management... they make detail study analysis on the land before make final decision....so far, bplant is doing well in plantation.....until then we must wait the final confirmation from management before make decision to sell or to hold especially for those who have no confidence on bplant..... Bplant boleh!!!......sememangnya Bplant boleh!!!!......

sifus I heard about AAC sale since last year. Despite many said will conclude soon how soon is "soon"?

Of course not at current market price. It should be double or triple for PRA price, 1.2-1.5 X for PRGL. Perhaps retails sector also need merger like banks for continued survival.

Lion88 you not from S'pore? I heard Willam Cheng also stay in S'pore. If hard for you to meet him you can drop letter at his home citing your disappointment of PRA share drop. I can suggest you ask him to sell Parkson to The Store and ask them to merge to reduce competition.

Maybe corruption involve like in FGV?

nowaday so many people buy thrid party travel insurance and even a lots of credit card provide free insurance cover of u charge the ticket to their card, who need to buy insurance with airline?
