If more sellers than buyers, the stock tend to appreciate slower and most of the time prefer to trend downwards.
It's demand and supply thing.
Hibiscus can limit up for 3 session in a row also if there is a news saying PETRONAS is taking over Hibiscus and delist it.
It's also catalyst that moves the stocks.

Most analyst worldwide are predicting a financial crisis looming in the next 12-24 months.
The timing will coincide with the initial operation of the power plant.
Any comment the company's financial & share price?

Hopefully major shareholder PNB will reduced Shahril's annual earnings to below RM5mil and bonuses applies to the performance of the company.
That would save the company rm60mil++, and would help the company turnaround.

I think is not so easy to just sit still and enjoy the rally as we do not know how high and how low it will go. As this historical chart shows the entire cycle, the start and end, of course we see your point.
However, let's give an example of Hibiscus, a live example.
Say by next Friday it slowly creeps up to RM1.80, will you sit still or sell?

True. You have a point.
But do you agree that Ekovest is still doing well under the current government policies?
ERCL, HSR, Trans-Sabah Gas pipeline & Multi-Product Pipeline, MRT3 had been put on hold/cancelled/etc.
Ekovest's projects still continues.
Food for thought.

My opinion is that the bond issued allows to be converted to stocks which represent 5% on the total share issued.
It's dilutive for shareholders.

@newbie8080 the bond issuance has neutral effect to top glove, its the cut down of natural rubber supply that is going to causes a surge in cos of top glove, that’s the reason of recent plunges in its share price

Previously, Duke 1 & 2 was valued at RM2.8 bil and sold to EPF for 40% stake valued at RM1.13 bil.
Ekovest declared dividend of 25 cent
Next year, SPE(aka Duke 3) will be completed.
Assuming EPF is interested with the same 40% of Duke 3 valued at RM3.7 bil(cost only), that is RM1.48 bil.
Ekovest may declare a similar dividend quantum at 34 cent.

SO I can safely assume rm14 mil per quarter.

Really depends on the company whether there is new issuance of shares to fund new acquisition.
Too many shares in the market, causing overhang in the share price even if the crude oil moving towards USD70 pbl.

Ekovest tolls are new tollways.
Unlikely for Governemnt to discuss at this moment.
The government are targeting high traffic and mature tollways first.
Long way to go before it reaches discussion on Duke highways.
By then, GE15 will swing by and if the current government can still be in power, then only be concern on this.

We can't deny the oversupply of new shopping malls mushrooming in Klang Valley.
But the ones that retain good anchor tenants, maintain above 95% occupancy in their tenancy and are strategic located should do well in the long term.
I would believe others would fail and close down in the near future.
Hopefully, the company able to dispose the struggling malls away and focus on the power plant and renewal energy biz.

The total net gain from the disposal cannot be awarded fully to shareholders as dividend.
As they disposed off, so are their ownership of the planes.
Airasia will need cash to lease back the planes every year.
1 plane rental cost approximately RM13 mil a year.
Currently, Airasia has more than 200 planes.
That's about RM2.6 billion of rental payment per year.
