I hope EPF would take MRCB's NTA into consideration should it decide to privatize the company. Don't be surprised if minority shareholders are only offered 60 sen a share or less. Remember the privatization of TA Enterprise several years ago? TA had an NTA of RM2.60 but minority shareholders were only offered RM0.66 a share and all the relevant government authorities happily approved the deal. Karambubai minority shareholders also didn't get a good deal.

Should be able to maintain earnings at above 60 sen a share this financial year. Still trading at a cheap valuation.

Cepat's earnings this year should increase by over 50%. With a prospective EPS of over 25 sen a share for year 2022, it is trading at a prospective PE of under 4. I see its share price being manipulated.

That is the consequence for people who regard this forum as theirs have to face.

Compared to its first quarter earnings last year, Cepat's first quarter earnings this year was 2.72 times higher. Can you imagine how much Cepat would make if its full year earnings were also 2.62 higher than last year, which was 16.38 sen per share?

Since you have been predicting that Maybank would soon drop to RM5.80 multiple times over the past few months, the onus is on you to explain to us how you arrived at RM5.80, not demanding others to explain why it won't drop to RM5.80. I would only sell Cepat at this level when CPO price dips below RM3,500 a ton. CPO price should average above RM5,000 a ton this year and not likely to fall below RM4,000 a ton next year.

This counter has dropped by over 80% from its peak about 18 months ago. I don't think the downtrend has ended.

FFB production is always the lowest during the months of Jan to April of a year. Production for other months is 20 to 50% higher. Even if production stays flat and CPO price remains the same as in the first quarter, Cepat should still make around 20 sen a share this year.

Company still made 2.15 sen a share in the latest quarter but share price has plunged to the lowest in more than half a year. Something is wrong somewhere.
