Hexza has won the litigation case against Tembusu. Total award by the Singapore High Court amounted to about RM 79 million. Even if Hexza can only recover half the amount awarded, it is still quite substantial. Surprisingly, small shareholders are unmoved.

At 58 sen a share, TA is trading at a steep 78% discount to its fair value of RM 2.59 to RM 2.60 a share estimated by the independent adviser in the recent conditional mandatory take-over offer by DTTK. Even in a fire sale, you won't get such big discounts.

I think Keck Seng's directors will likely follow in the footsteps of Daiman's directors and take Keck Seng private. Just be patient, your patience may pay off handsomely.

The overwhelming majority of TA shareholders, big and small, had rejected the recent conditional mandatory take-over offer by the offeror at 66 sen a share. Like it or not, this guy still has his ways to get TA at the price he is willing to pay.

Keck Seng touched a high of RM 7.97 in 2014, it has been on a down trend since then. At 4.24, it is still almost 50% lower than its peak and only around 10% higher than its recent low. Still long way to move up.

The buyers are likely to be Keck Seng directors.

Keck Seng's audited NTA was RM 6.64 as at end of last year, its actual NTA should be at least 2.5 to 3 times higher. It has cash and short term investments amounting to over RM 930 million as at 30/06/18 and only 154.4 million shares are in public hands ( not held by directors, their associates and those holding over 5% of KS shares). KS directors and co. can actually buy all these 154.4 million shares at RM 6 a piece using its cash and the whole company will become theirs.

Other shareholders should group together and make a counter offer. Sure he will demand much more than RM2.60 a share.

The independent advisor, BDO Capital Consultants Sdn Bhd, has advised investors to reject TTK's offer to buy up all TAE shares not already held by the offeror at 66 sen a share. Why should we let go our TAE shares at 66 sen a share when the independent advisor has estimated that each TAE share has a fair value of RM2.60?

The relevant authorities must not approve this privatisation exercise as it will result in our country losing hundreds of millions to foreigners.

The dividend announcement should push up L&G's share price to above 20 sen.

I will shun this counter temporarily. CPO prices have dropped to the lowest levels in many, many years.

Trading in L&G shares has picked up since last Thursday in anticipation of a 1.5 sen a share dividend to be announced by the end of the month. At 19 sen a share, L&G is trading at a 50% discount to its published NTA and at a dividend yield of almost 8%. Not much risk in buying at 19 sen a share.

No one will accept his offer. He will just waste a couple of hundred thousand Ringgit.

EPF controls around 35% of MRCB shares. Lembaga Tabung Haji holds another 7%. Highly unlikely that the government would allow MRCB to collapse.

TA is on its way up. It is only trading at a PE of 4.5 and a dividend yield of 7.5. Those who have sold TA over the last few days will regret later.

First quarter earnings to be announced next month should include substantial gains from the disposal of a property in Australia. The 4.1 sen a share final dividend is really a windfall. I am already more than satisfied with a 3 sen dividend.

Facbind's cash has gone up to RM 167 million in its latest quarterly report. At 8 sen a share, its 339 million Karambunai shares are worth another RM 27.1 million. Cash + shares are already worth RM 2.28 per share.
