My remisier warned me this morning ..... Don't touch this counter yet, ex date is 13/07, another 2.5 weeks from now, the market force will drag this counter to below 30.0 sen, along the way, it will be some rebounds BUT can you catch the timing right and make that little money? He said the BIG money to make will be after ex date!!! Judging from what he told me before on counters like MFLOUR, ICON, his observation is valid!

just be patience guys. Some counters there are things so called "pump and dump" , this counter is on the opposite, "push down and collect"....someone will be there to make sure it closes lower than previous day, someone keeps on collecting .....

With this results, in a way, very much 'improved' from 4QFY19.. Also, with this results, LTAT can easily take it private @ 80.0 without much objection.

The rights was postponed but price was never recovered since then due to few factors, among others 1. weak property markets, 2. COVID-19, 3. political turmoil, 4. selling by Urusharta Jemaah. NOW, with abortion of rights and the coming announcement of HOC (House Ownership Campaign), this counter is going to shoot up next week! Let's make it double up with TP 0.85, cheers!!!

But surely one day we will meet, meanwhile I am still a shareholder of NOTION as i have the faith that in near future NOTION will deliver the superb performance in term of company bottom line and high share price.

One more type of investor ...or speculator or opportunist! After selling the share, then talk bad about the counter but knowing that the fundamental is still very good, hoping that he/she can buy back at cheaper price!!! Haha.

Bonus warrant ex-date announced just now, ex-date on 19 Feb 2020 with ex px 76.0 sen only, lower than 86.0 sen initially planned, good!!! Expect share price react positively tomorrow onward, will this lower warrant ex price, TP of RM1.00 can be achieved easily and maybe above RM1.00. CHEERS!

Let's see then, but judging from previous experience, you might be happy enough to get 15.0 sen upon listing. Don't forget, by then issued share is 2.3Bil with most of it at cost of 10.5 sen only!!!

Haha... Bonus issue? ThirdEye, you are right. I think the company has the same view too. Instead of bonus issue at this juncture, they just announced proposal of share buy back. Now with insurance claim received, company will have extra cash to purchase own share which will further reduce the number of shares outstanding in market and at the same time improves the EPS, this is very significant in future once the earning keep improving!!!
