He has been selling all this while!!! Now only he announced it!! As a major shareholder (above 5%), he should have reported any share movement in 7 market days but the last disclosure was 11th Jan 2019!!! I appeal BURSA looks into this. Please help us the retailers, please, please ....

Comes June, the company will have extra money plus PLS (27%), good deal.

I slept well with this counter all this while. Now, with this PLS purchased, not a big concern, think of this, the warrant will expire soon and TSLKH needs money to exercise his holding of warrants. Whatever amount the company paid to purchase PLS will come back to company once all warrant exercised in coming June. If all warrant exercised, the proceed is RM148mil. A double amount.

YES, this is a 'con' counter, most of sellers of this counter 'con' by UBS & AMS, they pushed the price down from around 65.0 sen to current level. so that someone can collect cheap, hehe haha.

Haha ... I know very well on why it is only 32% transacted!!! And, definitely I don't expect it will up to 68.0 sen either, just go back to recent high of around 53.0 is good enough for me to trade and take profit on Monday. It will be just a repeat of UTUSAN, price shoot up after changing hand at premium. I anticipate a BIG jump in share price for this counter next week, A block of 32% changed hand in a off market deal just before the Friday closing @ 68.0 sen per share, a premium of 72% to Friday close. This means this company has changed hand, but no news coverage yet, the new owner is still a mystery!

Haha ... so do I, knowing that this is a turn around stock, after recovering from their fire incident, a little quarterly is acceptable and not a big concern. Once the new plant and machinery put in place, coupled with orders from new customers, we can expect good profits ahead. Hope for more information come this 6th March AGM. Cheers.

YES, a loss that decreased by 92.5%, recovering from 2017 fire incident. Not a big concern for this small loss.

NO worry.... just that heavy T3 volume dued today, opportunity to buy more at cheaper price.

Maybe you are right, the share price is being pressed down by dealer from UBS & AMS by selling just 100 units or few hundred units at the buyer price whenever somebody takes the seller bid, this is to prevent the price goes too high which will make their offer price higher too.... just my guess.

In fact I am waiting to buy the warrant at below 15.0 sen if TH sells their holding in warrant. The warrant is always thinly traded, once being thrown down, you know what will happen!!!

Better for TH to sell all now so that we can buy cheap, after all, this counter is set to fly high once the results turn positive on higher gold extraction, if due to certain reason TH needs to sell, that is our opportunity to buy cheap. But I doubt that TH will sell all in open market, don't forget that the SPV by the name URUSHARTA JEMAAH SDN BHD was set up to buy equities owned by TH.
