A simple comparison between the 2 counters issuing PR : WCHB & IBHD, WCEHB moved up 30% from the lowest from 30.5 to 40.0, but IBHD only move up by close to 15% from lowest of 21.0 so far, if IBHD would to go up 30%, it shall be 28.0 sen by the time PR ceased from listing on 12/11. Yes, I bought more too today. The price down due to arbitrage activities and also some parties pushed it down on purpose so that they can get the excess cheap cheap !!! Only 20% is underwritten by underwriter with the rest (80%) to be subscribed by three major shareholders. So, it will not be under subscribed!!!

What to complaint? That's normal for new highway. Anyway collection of toll is soon to commence, December 2019.

Haha ... I like to dream that the shares I invested double up in short term, within months, BUT in reality, it actually happened, especially those with rights issue, good example is MFLOUR, JAKS, another one is the highway operator, EKOVEST !!!

WCE was pressed down with the intention to collect PR at low price. Yesterday, someone just sold 10700 unit to make it closed at 33.0, that make the PR reference price 0.005 sen today, it was supposed to close higher. Today, due to arbitraging activities, mother share under selling pressure and heavily undervalue now, thanks to those who sold today, to me the current price is a real BIG steal. Shall recover in near term once the arbitrage activities over in few days time. Cheers.

Will move higher & higher this week towards Budget day!

I have been following this counter for long time. Recent months it has been holding at a tight range at around 50.5 to 56 sen, someone is happily accumulating by not pushing it up but will buy whenever selling come out. Just be patient, very soon the selling pressure will dry out. When it comes, it shall repeat the chart pattern seen in Dec 2016 to Oct 2017. Cheers!
