Most brokerage house expects oil to be 60 or 70 going forward, now we know that they are wrong. For example, Singapore Airlines wrongly expected oil to rise rapidly so they sailang to hedge few weeks ago.

WTI is 48 now instead of 55 2 weeks ago. It will go towards 42-45 pretty soon. A good, honest analyst will recalculate their estimates base on the new fact, but unfortunately there isn't any in Malaysia. But as an investor, we have the freedom to do so.

Will the OPEC just let go of their customers to US shale? Most likely not. A possible price war is coming!

As oil drops, sell oil counters and what to invest? Airasia is the safest bet. Just follow the trend....
