Airasia has released operating statistics a few days ago. The load factor (hope you know what that means) is lower than last quarter, but higher year on year. Some people guess load factor lower is no good, so Q4 result must be less vibrant than Q3.

My guess (with inputs from some other members as well as hints by management), the average fare figure which is due to released with the Q4 financial figures end of february could be high, or very high, simply because they gave away a lot less cheap/zero fare tickets.

So, Q4 statistic has more quality, which is really good.

Airasia may have noticed they need not give away free tickets no more.

Sabahan8, a lot of members have explained here. There are a few different managers managing funds for EPF. Some may decide to sell, some may decide to buy, some may decide to hold.

Airasia result should be super good, otherwise won't be 3-6 months bonus.

Average fare is likely to jump a lot.

Now most of the management issues in Airasia has been resolved, i don't have to worry about they are buying too expensive fuel due to fail hedging policy, i don't have to worry they get bankrupt due to insolvent, i don't have to worry they are dragged down by subsidiaries, i don't have to worry about its USD debts, etc.

Its a changed company, it can fly much higher this round, analysts may be able to see it 3 years from now.

Now Airasia is richer, just hope that they respect the law and don't break it because you no longer need to.

This public bank researcher really lazy.

1. If it has 20% premium, that means it will lag about 20% over time.

2. If your point of entry is risky, its better to buy longer maturity one. If you really know what you are doing, then you should buy the ones with the lowest premium because it also bring you the highest return.

3. If you really know what you are doing, there is no risk. Risk is just a concept. The end result is either 0, or 1.
