No. 0.03 + 0.16 = 0.19. 0.10 + 0.035 = 0.135. Its magic to mess up the numbers and come up with 0.09.
You can learn the formulas (I am not sure at all, it was too long ago, Black-Scholes maybe??) to estimate the value of the warrant.
I read a little bit on Vizione, into affordable housing. Basically if you want to do such projects, there are way too many available. Its still a big question whether these affordable houses are sustainable or not (I guess one of the reasons for the weak commercial realty performance has to do with these affordable houses/apartments, its just way too many of them).
By the way, there are Termiskin, MyHome, Pr1ma, PPAIM, etc all subsidize by government, its much cheaper than the conventional apartments you could buy. How to build at such low cost is still to be tested.

Batu88, my feeling is Singapore Airlines is food, for Airasia, keke.
Look at Singapore Airlines and Cathay's annual report, everything is down down down, cut cut cut....for me it looks like another MAS.
I see dead people. Keke.
Is it an indicator that everyone look positive on the growth of airlines business?

TF means "the value of AAC held within Airasia Group is not being valued by investors, reflecting in the share price of Airasia".

Meathere,
I will try to explain in more details:
One of the tenets of Warren Buffett says, "For every dollar retained, make sure the company has created at least one dollar of market value. "
If you have a dollar, you must choose between retain it (put it in current account/FD etc of the company), distribute it to owners (dividend etc), invest, etc. (Most companies choose to waste it however, lol!)
The decision should be based on which action(s) creates the most value. This is just rational thinking.
To illustrate this:
Airasia before sale of AAC valued at RM8.5b.
Airasia + AAC after sale = say 12b.
So, better sell.
Of course this is just part of the reasons. AAC's planes are older (means higher maintenance cost), mostly depreciated, and new planes are more fuel-efficient. Also, its a good price.

Happy holiday!!
For every dollar retained, make sure the company has created at least one dollar of market value. [Warren Buffett].
AAC is worth USD1B, but Airasia share price is not reflecting its value, otherwise Airasia would have got a 20x PE valuation. (In a recent interview, Tony also says the market is not giving AAC any value, so he sells it. )
Things that TF did in the past 12 months or more showcase how to create market value. It will become textbook example.

Not many people understands this: a dollar retains in company must create more than one dollar market value [Warren Buffett]. Lately, Tony Fernandez said market does not put any value in AAC, so he sells it. Finally he realised that.

You are not mad after so many people attack you, so kind of you.
You cannot alter one's destiny with advice. The greater fool is the greater fool because they are reluctant to learn....those who are eager to learn can evolve after they paid the school fee....
Also, you cannot just talk like that shooting empty, you must provide solid information on why the stock is a bad choice.

Q4 Worst case scenario: operating profit 600m+associates 200m-forex 250m-tax 200m = 350m.
Best case scenario: operating profit 800m+associates 300m-forex 100m-tax 100m = 900m.
Why not? 9M16 already 1.6b.
What do you think?

JDreamChaser, a little bit. But the long-term benefits (of oil price hikes) are enormous!! Now Airasia has very good expertise on hedging (last time they were stupid), Airasia has very low cost structure compare to other airlines. In addition, Airasia is switching to new aircrafts which will save 15% fuel (and Airasia has the most number of such aircrafts).
In the long term its all about competitiveness, if you are stronger than your competitors, you can have higher margin and lower cost compare to them.
Oil price high, competitor suffers more, therefore no price war.

supermanxd2, not really! But the general impression is that it does.
Airasia had huge foreign exchange losses about 2 years ago (250m), but since then things improve a lot. Sort of the forbia thing, people still scare of it despite Tony Fernandez says its a non-issue.

Its a very simple puzzle.

ALPHABET:Satellite, robotics, Pixel (which could kill iPhone), Uber.
STRATASYS:3D printing.
FOXCONN:
SOFTBANK:Robotics - pepper.
