In actual fact, I sell a lot of other stocks to focus on Jaks only.
I hope to win big on Jaks because I trust DK66's report.
I loaded all my profit in 2019 in this stock especially on last few days (cheap sale).

You got to learn to understand what you read. The analyst said his RM1 valuation base on construction business (including construction of power plant) and investment properties. Understand? Base on now business and asset is RM1 value.

Have not add future income from IPP. How much is that? According to today close of RM1.17, IPP is worth 17 sen?!?!?! So cheap?!?1?!

yes. the property development business was a drag and will continue to be a liability to JRB . It will be good if they can sell it off and focus on.power generation

I had a private talk with Mr Andy 2 years ago, I told him to stop all Malaysian operations and focus on power plant in Vietnam. I hope he will listen to my advice.
Once the power plant is in operations, he can continue to play golf everyday, money is continuing to pour into Jak's bank account.
Do not need to waste time on construction and properties development. These are headache business.

Are you sure you read the chart correctly ?
Can last 2 candles called bullish Harami.

The share price of Jaks had crossed 1.25, I hope the correction is over.
Next major resistance is 1.44.
Once 1.44 is crossed convincingly, no more resistance.
A Cup And Handle Chart is formed, the share price will go very high.

I had spent a few days to study power plant worldwide, the below is my conclusion.

The price trend of the power plant

I had made a detail study on the trend (technical chart) of power plants in general.
The stock price will go up slow and steady 6 months before the power plant is selling electricity.
The stock price of MFCB started to move up north since 2/7/2019, the date to sell electricity is 1/1/2020.
The stock price of Jaks started to move up north since 8/10/2019, the date to sell electricity is 1/4/2020.

The reasons why the investors buy power plant 6 months ahead

Power generation business is unlike other businesses which depends on supply and demand. There is a big variations on product pricing and its cost.
Power generation business is a contractual business with pricing and others stated upfront in the contract agreements.
The risks are project delays and unexpected project costs overrun.
Big Investors will not give a high PER during the early phases due to the aforesaid risks.
Once the project runs smoothly and near completion, a higher PER will be accorded.
I am not surprised a PER of 15 will be accorded to both Jaks and MFCB once it started its earning to sell electricity respectively.
A steady future income or revenue and cash flow for both Jaks and MFCB with good contractual margins.

Please do your homework and do a study on any power plant in the world.
Talk without fact, readers here will not appreciate you.

3 quarters made 15.51 cents, 20 cents for 2019 is very possible.
PER = 10, the target price at 2.00 for 2019 is also very possible.
The printing machine is the power plant of Vietnam.

I used to buy Hong Kong stocks, I did very well too.
I made a lot of money on Casino stocks in 2009/10.
However, my method to select stock is always very tedious and time consuming.

I disagree with Nikmon. I want ALP just to be contented with this Vietnam PP. If ALP buys another company, it signals conman to me Eg. Buy a RM100mil company and kickback RM50mil. It's common in KLSE. Green energy is a hype. You know what's the payback period? Better put money in FD. Unless ALP can find an investment with payback period less than 10 years, otherwise just go play golf and i happily pay him up to RM5mil salary package a year. Otherwise, i will be the first to sell JAKS.
