I believe that DRBHICOM has done the right thing. The position of a CEO is ultimately to deliver results for the Group. If he can't perform, he would have to let go even without a formal dismissal.
The fact that he filed a lawsuit goes to show how immature n incapable of him to grasp reality. My recent handling of some dismissal cases in California, USA enlightened me that even mere excessive spending on one's travelling n unauthorised claims r good enough to prove one's negligence. So, DRBHICOM definitely has the upper hand on the matter.
So, the fact that Bahar could not perform up to expectation; thus, he has to leave.
