Thank you to all who have supported the fight against Syabas and donated generously to help Tony Pua pay for the RM200k defamation damages ordered by the High Court in July last year.

The Appeals Court have set aside the High Court judgement unanimously and order the damages returned with RM50k in costs on Wed, 27 Mar 2013.

As promised during the fund-raising campaign, these funds will be used by DAP to fight Barisan Nasional in the coming General Election! Thank you all for the faith and steadfast support!
