With foreign funds still selling, should we retail investors still stand on the sideline? Besides, usually it's the retail that gets hit the worst. Trying to "think" and understand the mentality of the big boys

I'm referring to hedge fund managers/ financial institutions (foreign & local).... The ones that always profit whether it's a bear or bull mkt
