thheavy is "back by" or to be more precise "owned by" Tabung Haji. this shall off-set the political risk, i think.
but why investors are concern about this counter?
it is out of PN17. new business direction sounds promising. and it is very likely to secure new contracts soon (almost confirm can get jobs)
Also, thh do not have huge borrowing..
shouldn't it be valued at higher price?

due the size of the company and the capability of the company to secure a project.. thh quite hard to secure big contract from major oil company because as far as i know thh didn't have any strategic partnership with any oversea counterpart company... the price can't be valued at higher because many party still have doubt with the company....
