I have never bought an IPO shares. It's very common the price of share has been maximized or overhyped before IPO taking place. What the substantial shareholders do is squeezed the accountant/consultant to come out creative ways. They will do a lot of patching, hiding, touching-up, everything to makes accounts looks great. kikiki
