icon, i am one of the 250 readers :) we can't depend on ONE ta indicator to trade .. we need confluence of factors .. an example :-
1) price has retraced 62% fibo retracement
2) price has spiralling downsouth 5-waves structure
3) rsi is oversold
4) rsi / macd is flashing classic positive divergence
5) a morning star candlestick pattern at sight
perhaps, with these converging factors, we have a much higher probability that price may go up !
