Most people just read the title of the newspapers & quickly make up their own opinion.

If read carefully on the news, it is nothing to worry, it is just fact that China is dumping its steel products into Asean countries.

2 question, China CRC price has gone 29% in past 4 months, but your projected CRC price only goes up 2%-4%?

From 2,059 to 2,100 & 2,150? So low?

For Question 1, CRC division is having higher profit margin compared to Steel tube division, so it is normal to give more resources/raw materials to CRC division in order to generate higher profits for the company

For Question 2, though the Management of Mycron has confirmed that my past 4 quarters are very close to the facts, but they didn't confirm or give hints on the current selling price.

So I can only guess with most conservative way, even though I know the facts that China CRC has gone up 29% since 30/6/2016.

Realistic projection is much achievable & acceptable to me.

For Question 3, low sales/production volumes for quarter period 30/9/2016 are due to Ramadan Month and Hari Raya holidays. I projected the factory to close for 1 week.

WealthWizard is looking at RM1.68, he also suggested RM1.44, it is up to you if you want to set at even lower target price, everyone is freely to lock in the profit as long as you feel comfortable.
