Singapore used to have only 10 year landlease for farming. Being too short they have extended it to 20 years

In Indonesia normal land lease for foreign investments are from 25 years to 35 years & renewable

Indo land only 30 year lease max, so its back to Zero unlike Malaysia freehold land.
