Among the key achievements and indicators include the strengthening of separation of powers through legal and structural improvements; placing nine national sovereign powers under Parliament, namely the attorney-general, the inspector-general of police, the chief justice, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner, the armed forces chief, the chief secretary to the government, Treasury secretary-general, auditor general, and Bank Negara Malaysia governor; and, to establish a Special Royal Commission on Integrity and Anti-Corruption.
