Let Calvin illustrate by a clear example

Years ago we put RM25,000 in Bank 5 Year FD locked in at 4.25% interest a year

After 5 long years we got 21.25% in total interest

But 5 years back a 50kg cement was Rm13 per bag

After 5 years?

Cement went up to Rm19

Up Rm6.00 or up by 46%

So Bank FD interest of 21.25% cannot match cement price inflation of 46%

And with Relentless money printing things will go up much much higher in future

THAT IS WHY WE CANNOT HOLD CASH

AND BUY THESE

1) GOLD/SILVER AS INSURANCE AGAINST MONEY VALUE COLLAPSE

2) LOW PRICED LANDED HOUSES ANYWHERE WHICH CAN GIVE RENTAL YIELD (ESP THOSE IN JOHOR NEAREST SINGAPORE)

3) PALM OIL SHARES WHICH GIVE DIVIDENDS

4) OTHER HARD ASSETS
