Yes, every company can say it want to sell land to Databank operator. Any taker? Why Kedah? Why not Penang? There is one submarine landing station in Penang which is closer to the end users.

BDB looks like a giant company and jack of all trades from the write up but after checking profile just a small player with a very small market capitalisation of 123 mil in order to be meaningful. Very small company only and yet depend on Sanusi agreement for data center in the land of PAS control state.

BDB need to build its own credentials and attract investors then can talk about share price.
