Imposing inheritance tax effectively will kill property market prematurely. Property overhang problem still exists.
MM2H new requirement for foreigners to buy a property as prerequisite will back fire.

Better to have 6% GST, then gradually increase by 2% every 2 years will be better than killing the goose which lay golden eggs. Finance Minister should not be pence wise pound foolish.
