most of Gan's purchases are to increase production capacity! you can see from the annual report of all its subsidiaries. the word is going out that this one will be injected with a lot of funds too! if i were to make intelligent guess, its because business has reached a plateau and Gan is working on increasing production after Dyson Singapore did the same on its vacuum bits. Just my 2-kupang!

Make sense,since the day he dispose all his long term warrant can be predicted that big order is coming soon!

Its the company's increase of outstanding shares that will be the focus of raising additional capital eventually! I do find the report saying Gan's family also held assets of the company (namely luxury cars) under their names. So Skpres has developed kinda a fiefdom theory against the better judgement required by the investing community!

The increase in share liquidity is an interesting development to get analyst houses going soon! When? I won't know. If only 600m shares outstanding previously, and held so closely by Gan's family, can bet you nobody's really interested! With 900m now, and a further dilution eventually with the warrants, hell, more interesting development coming after IBs recently bought up big chunks of the warrants! Still early days for this cash machine counter! :)

There won't be any dilution from the warrant as it's way out of money (55.38% premium)

Skpres-wa (12/17). Won't dare to bet on that when IBs are involved in play. Maybank investment bhd had skpres mother at Rm0.5x TP at the end of the year. Will it reach there? The million-dollar question!

If else, Maybank need to stabilize it with the 0.50 report :)
