Other than the announcement made by TS Wong, did any other thing change? Business nature? Fundamentals? Operating activities? Profitability? Future prospect? Nothing...

You have to ask yourself if you're buying the announcement or buying the company business and prospects. For me, I solely look at the business. With fundamentals remain unchanged, I view this as a 15% discount for me :)

黄天顺还表示，他之前购入互联网服务供应商缤纷多媒体（Palette Multimedia Bhd）是被动投资。

“我收购马联工业和缤纷多媒体的少数股票是被动投资，无奈一些媒体从年度报告摘取这些信息，并发布一些造成即将进行并购活动的误解。”
