Relax, it's only an MoU. Memorandum of Understanding. They may or may not lead to an agreement. The country signs MoU like no body business. How many have materialised? Chasing on rumours is not very good. If the agreement is already signed, then it's a different story. Else, it's speculation

HONG KONG (Reuters) - Alibaba Health Information Technology Ltd said on Friday controlling shareholder Alibaba Group Holding Ltd would sell HK$3.8 billion ($488.3 million) worth of health food and nutritional products businesses to the company, further developing it into Alibaba's healthcare flagship platform.

Alibaba Health will buy Ali JK Nutritional Products Ltd from Alibaba Group in a deal to be settled by the issue of 1.19 billion shares at HK$3.2 apiece, or a 6.16 percent discount to the last close, the company said in a filing to Hong Kong bourse.

Please do not share false statement or anything you are not 100% confirmed to the public. Ali Health is linked to BP Healthcare which is an established healthcare service provider in Malaysia. Also, Doctor2U and Ali Health Sdn Bhd is founded by the same person named Garvy Beh.

PUC’s price to buy Picturework is 32 cents. The surge in price is due to that I suppose.Cannot be low all the time and PUC talking about Pictureworks. Have to come to almost that level, then only got reality mah.

BP Healthcare does not have anything to do with PUC. Doctor2U looks for PUC to help them explore applicable technologies which in our case would be blockchain into its business. Effectively, Ali Health is just another PUC's client.
