KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 3): The Bursa Malaysia Technology Index rose as much as 3.4% or 2.8 points to 85.18 points as tech counters were among Bursa Malaysia's top gainers this morning.

Five tech counters touched record highs this morning on Bursa. They were Malaysian Pacific Industries Bhd (MPI), UWC Bhd, Mi Technovation Bhd, Inari Amertron Bhd and Pentamaster Corp Bhd.

At the time of writing, MPI was leading the pack as the top gainer, with the counter rising 5.25%

When our government awarded Iris for RM 1.16 billions for 4.5 years contract yet the big boys and short sellers have no respect for the awards given to Iris instead they sabotage the integrity and the effort of the government body and Iris management by pressing down the share prices to show their discontent with the Iris winning the contract from the government authority... very disappointed with the big boys and short sellers...

Retail investors are always at the mercy of these rich & wealthy ppl who use Short Selling to manipulate the market to victimize the retail investors. It is a ZERO SUM GAME in Bursa investing and if all retail investors DO NOT REACT (i.e. either SELL or BUY) then these Short Selling players will EAT THEIR OWN POISON !!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is now a billion RM company, which opens the doors to many more billions. Be patient and you will be rewarded. Ask yourself is the share price going up or down. If you believe down, sell, if you believe up, keep. When going up up it will take a few U turns and have a few bumps. That is all !

However this group will hold the shares for long periods of time. You have to decide which type of trader you are for each counter. If you were in for the short term, then cut your losses and sell. If you got in for the long term. Just chill :)
