之前在 2021争到你死我活的 NIISe ,最终由 IRIS 获胜。该公司最后用了两年时间，完成了 "10%" 的 project，就把公司卖出去了。政府之前考虑取消NIISe , 这次会由谁获胜呢？同时，政府在 Awantec 的 SKIN project 败诉了。不知是否有相连？政府会重新颁发给 Prestaring Berhad ?
