The update by KDN seems positive, mentioned progress though is slower than expected due to some labor bottleneck. Doesn't seem to have any wrong doing in rewarding the contract.

之前在 2021争到你死我活的 NIISe ,最终由 IRIS 获胜。该公司最后用了两年时间，完成了 "10%" 的 project，就把公司卖出去了。政府之前考虑取消NIISe , 这次会由谁获胜呢？同时，政府在 Awantec 的 SKIN project 败诉了。不知是否有相连？政府会重新颁发给 Prestaring Berhad ?
