Ali baba business where sale of contracts awarded without the need to develop them.

Contract awarded is quickly sold to avoid cancellation of contract by the Government Authority.

If the contract awarded is fishy ,it will be declared as invalid. The contract sold is invalid too.

IRIS was supported by S5 during the tender, and later S5 sued IRIS after the project awarded. S5 is connected with ex PM SIL? PMX is after MY, and investigate S5/IRIS deal, IRIS is dragged into the boiling water. What is that means for IRIS and MYEG which has lost 50% value last week?

the government didn't leave a term in it when awarding the contract to them? or purposely leave a backdoor. Just like AP, one big company get all the AP, then give to other small companies. Thats how they flourish. That's where their business model coming from.

I think this PDPA issue is already too late for rescue when many of us is getting unknown scam call or bank call pushing their products. Its too late by now. its already in the circulation.

Maybe you should think that way... Iris was planned to sign on the disposal last month and the new of investivation kick in thereafter :) no one businesss can find buyer in a day or week after the news came out :)

I think so too...the sale must have been planned earlier. It is still keeping 20%. What if it realises that it needed more fund to develop NIISe, and TASS came forward but wanted 80%?
And if IITS got the contract in an unclean way, some ppl will be convicted, but not IRIS itself, right? IRIS can handle production of ID and have contracts eg Senegal RM80mil and Tanzania RM 167.6mil. So will IRIS recover?

iris now got already about rm100mil net cash in bank
after disposal, +rm70mil, net cash increase to rm170mil which translate to about 5sen/share!
