No contribution from money lender license... because it is not commenced yet.

For this quarter, the concern would be how much revenue recognised from the Heritage Hotel, and the JKR Construction project.

Estimated Revenue would be RM25million.
Estimated Profit = unknown, because the bond interest will be recognise as expenses, and it will eat up the profit.

But isn't the license approve by last year Sept?shd be commence d by right cos there is an expiry period for the license if no mistaken the more delay of the commence the wasted of the period it is..

I read the annual report, I saw each warrant holder have the same voting right.
Does it mean warrant holder can attend AGM as well?

2nd, I realised that the Top 30 Warrant Holder is not updated, because the number of shares hold is exactly same as previous year. And most importantly, my boss name is not in the Top 30 list, my boss name should be inside the list (as he hold more than 1 million)

This counter half dead already.My friend bought from 32 cents until now 21 cents for almost 2 million share. Evertime drop .he buy and buy until golek-golek. If coming quarterly result still LOSS. mean SAYUNARA.

not all the company doing good recently. maybe due to the bad economy? not too sure also... but what i seen in this company, they already know their existing business (cctv and surround system) cant competitive in this "real world". therefore, the board trying to expanding their business. look at their newly "the heritage", do believe it will start generate profit for the company start from third quarter. if not the datuk wira will not simply add up his stake at open market (230 sen).
