I think Ichits refer to bridging loan. Let me illustrate

If you buy a shop house for RM1 Million and get a loan of RM700K. You have made an investment by borrowing. Did you lose RM700K

Of Course Not! You actually invested with borrowed money for

1) Doing a Profitable Business
2) The Invested Shop house could also appreciate in value.

And you MUST SEE THE BOTTOM LINE ULTIMATELY

compare year on year digistar results improve but compare last qtr to this qtr result drop a lot.so end result is there ia improvement.bit its already discounted with this price.so those who want to sell on Monday please do so as Datuk will use more proxies to buy your force sell shares..

Can someone here explain the relationship between "Amount owing by contract customer" and "Amount due to contract customer"?

Example 1:
If today the company secure a project, and customer has pay RM100 million as a deposit / down payment. Would this classified as "amount due to contract customer?

If today company start the construction work but not reach to progress billing stage yet, would it classified as "Amount owing by contract customer"?

Then it what scenario we will have accured billing?

When would the contrsuction recorgnise as Revenue?

When it being recognised as revenue, would the "Amount owing by contract customer" re-classified become trade receivable, or it become accrual billing?

So confuse... so confuse.

Anyone can provided a detailed explanation for the above question?

When his counters prices goes up ( none so far ... thank God ) he will most probably strut around like a peacock . However when the opposite happens ... he will say you don't know the true value etc..,etc..,etc.., for selling the stock ! I remember earlier when people grumble ... he will say ' long term lah' ... he will lie about anything to cover his miserable failed promotions ! By the way , his definition of 'long term' can be from 5 - 10 or possibly 15 years ha!ha! He don't really care about your money or feelings ... what is important is that he wants people to think he is infallible ... really silly nit ha!ha!
