Many sifus always say buy low and sell high, but it is easier said than done. Nobody is sure when the low will reach bottom and not getting even lower next day or next week? But no risk no gain, one to each own's game plan

The hotel is 75% done. The progress is well as every month I saw there's some progress. The location of the hotel has a very good strategy as it just opposite the shopping mall.
It might need another 1 quarter before it's 100% done.
Anyone know any news when the hotel will be ready?
