I think digista is undervalue. Only short term n 3+1 ppl r frighten only. And long term investor r smiling to see rm0.10. they r keep buying n smile quietly. Look, NTA 0.15, JKR , CMS, n hotel r completed. These r not a vista project to be realistic. These revenue r coming every month. Then, why we scared it going to holland.

Supersamy, I am in more also. I think this company has done a good job. They used 4 year to turn their business from system integration to recruiting income company. Good move. JKR 15 year guaranteed income. Halo, they r doing business with government. Not gov Africa or Mideast that we can check t project real or not. If our gov can't pay then where can u find another place to put u money. Melukakan hotel, wonderful location. I seen it everyday, beautiful building n location. Because t hotel business is so good, that why datuk want to maximize it land to built another floor for grand hall. The tourist business in Malake r so dam good. Don't forget Malake Impression is open this year. Tourist r going to fill up all the room in melaka. CMS is t most potential business for future grow. They charge monthly n the phone app is up soon. I think this the biggest surprise for this penny stock. Since above 3 business is constantly monthly cash income, look I mean cash not acc receivable. Then I don't have to worry their debt or bond. Even t Bank don't afraid then why I afraid.

Abt the 66mill, cfo mr koh already mentioned it not paid in lump sum amount. it will be amortized monthly. Gov paid promptly no delay. dividend will not be declared coz company retaining cash for any political environment changes or handling from what mr koh said to me during refreshment.
Regarding the revenue dramatically down is because datuk lee said the margin is too low, 6% only, that why they call off the contract with gov's system integration contract. Their outlook is focusing on cms and JKS recurring income which now contributing 48% for revenue.
For hospitality, they issue bond for building up banquet hall in imperial heritage hotel. Melaka is favoring this kind of dine in trend like beijing lou, zhonghua lou, beizhan and others especially incoming china tourist. Thus digistar also wanna to catch up this for business growth.

Everything is good, except Datuk himself.

This guys is an old fox, will eat all the shareholder meat slowly. Two month later another private placement at 8 sen, 4 month later another private placement 6 sen, then 9 month later another private placement 4 sen.... then 1 year later right issue again... after right issue the ESOS to management.... at the end privatised at offer price 2 sen.

Albukhary, i don't think digistar will need private place anymore. last few year because of JKR n Hotel project need a lot of cash to paid contruction n bond interest. (don't forget their old business r dead).The last private placing and 80m bond r because need cash to expansion new business. This company need above money to buy more time to collect back JKR money. As during the AGM, CFO mr koh mention the 66m is coming monthly "already". So, i am confident t following Q report will be very positive.

Before election, they announced intention to deal. Expected earning qr again, they always did intention announcement if qr not bad ease for them to sell. Previous year only qr 3 they didnt announce any intention trade out.

Checked with both 2014 & 2010 qr3 world cup period, both also got extra 20mill recorded revenue in system integration segment compared previous year. 2010 got give dividend and 2014 show beautiful performance and market price surged high. Expecting good qr3 for this year world cup.
Point to worry is people less subscribe astro coz rtm got world cup broadcast. It may affect revenue...
