I still dont see the link between ali baba's listing and panpage's share price movement...if this company is so good...market forces would have carried it to 60 or 70sens...but cant even cross 40...sorry...i really dont understand.....

haha me too wonder y? y pp not up wen baba is having ipo roadshow now? may b up wen baba acquire pp after ipo to expand biz in sea? y don buy low wen for c d potential? or prefer to buy high wen baba annouce it? Y major sholders accumulates? is it really a hidden gems? God knows. but i rather buy low n wait. u?

When any company has a hidden value....eventually it will come...when the owners who have put all their efforts to make something succesful...its share price will eventually follow...this is what i've learnt in this 20 years of market play...so have the patience and hold....one day will be our day guys......Panpage looks really good....it has a hidden collector...so ONE DAY..

I really dont think so....might be the other way......usually prices go up on rumour...and will come down upon news...if they wanted to push...they would have pushed by now...so i guess its going to be a non event.....unless panpages brings in the profits...its share price will not go anywhere...

Difference between Efficient and PP is this....efficient play with Alibaba is through ownership of Spore Post and SP being an owner of efficient. So in principle, efficient being engaged in back room ops will get more biz from Alibaba's use of SP for their SEA shipping platform. Similar to GDEx.
PP on the other hand is their biz partner in SEA. This means that they help Alibaba open markets and get more clients and vice-versa...Indonesia is their next big target. Very big market and expansion can be fast. PP has an advantage that they already have the setup and are in business. They spent a lot on establishing the footprint there and now with Alibaba hungry for expansion, they will accelarate faster.

In the last few qtrs, no big profit reported, in fact loss due to write off their IT biz and expansion expenditure for Indonesia. But in the next few qtrs the profits will just surge in. They could potentially even return EPS of RM0.10 per share by end 2015....PE 15 = RM1.50 share price.

And if the game is played right, who knows, maybe even Alibaba buy them up....how much could be anyone' s guess...USD150-200M maybe.
