（吉隆坡20日讯）美全（MTRONIC，0043，主要板工业）子公司Metronic Medicare公司，与台湾上市的药剂公司基亚生物科技股份（简称MVC）达成两位备忘录，以在大马及其他市场分销后者所开发的疫苗，有望从中赚取高达1亿8000万令吉盈利。
在是项协议下，MVC同意在2021年期间，以不超过每剂50美元（约204.5令吉）的价格将成品出售予美全，具体价格还需进行协商。
按每剂50美元计算，预计美全的订单总值为5亿令吉，根据行业预计的20%至30%利润，料美全从中赚取介于1亿2000万令吉至1亿8000万令吉盈利。

美全总执行长兼执行董事何伟强在文告中指出：“为了有效执行是项协议，我们将在协议签署后的3周内向MVC支付150万美元（约614万令吉），做为成品订单的抵押金。”
根据文告，MVC将为美全提供预装注射器或多剂量小瓶疫苗，以立即为人体进行疫苗接种； MVC放眼明年将生产300万剂成品。

Noted ... ppmaster... my point of view still is uptrend and confirm build support at 0.115... for bollinger after 250 is above 0.200... now is at middle of bollinger meaning it will be uptrend and at 0.150 within two days.. if they really push... I believe 0.200

仙股有散户需求，散户像垃圾堆寻宝一样，希望能捡到暴涨几倍的（自己以为能起），所以这些仙股对于有些投资者来说有种蜜汁吸引力。得益于此，仙股一直能够在大马市场横行。
什么是老千股，怎么辨别老千股，今天本大侠给大家科普下。

怎么辨别老千股?

资本运作频繁
频繁的资本运作（ 公司没能力赚钱一直亏钱集资生存 ）、特别是供股(包括公开发售 PP，SIS,ESOS,RI )和合股(shares consolidation )是识别“老千股”的一个典型特征和首要依据。

低股价
低股价是老千股特征，但由于频繁的供股和“向下炒”，股价长期低于10c，也即所谓“仙股”已经很大程度上成为“老千股”的一个共性。

跌幅深
同样由于“老千股”“向下炒”的财技，其复权后股价往往都经历过很深的跌幅，标准为当前股价相比历史高点跌幅至少在80%甚至90%以上。

小市值
一定程度上，其低股价和小市值恰恰是“老千股”的行为所致。

基本面差
基本面差的个股才会考虑通过财技来牟利。因此，我们的筛选标准是自上市以来，净利润亏损年份超过一半时间，没有分红。

更改名称
为了掩人耳目，“老千股”通常也会频繁更改名称，因此也可以作为筛选的一个参照。
老千股”利用财技收割韭菜的大致做法为：
通过利好消息或者其他方式将股价拉升，吸引二级市场投资者入场，等到了高位的时候不断出货，用手中筹码往下砸，当价格到了低位的时候，大股东再通过上市公司合股后在供股低过市场的价格方式在补回之前抛售的股票。

當股價變得低殘：合股 (SHARES CONSOLIDATION)
當莊家重複派貨和印股票的行為之後，股價會變得很低，可能是「仙股」，而中股票的定價下限是0.005c。

當「炒無可炒」的時候，莊家就可合股，假設把股票10合1，股價便會從1c變成10c，這個方法透過縮減股票數量令股價突然上升至一個高位，再次製造股價下跌空間，省時省成本之餘，亦方便重施故技。

當股權變得分散：供股
當莊家不斷在市場上沽售，而整個行動又令其股權分散，手握的大權各散東西。

這個時候，莊家可以1供11等大比例供股，目的除了產生碎股增加供股成本，亦務求讓小股東放棄供股來重掌股權，散戶卻因此面臨兩難。

假若他們放棄供股甚或沽貨，股權則被大幅攤薄，甚至出現一輪跌浪，莊家及其聯繫人士便可以平價吸納股票，成功「供乾」。

假若供股，其資金進入上市公司賬戶，並可以其他方式套現。若然供股人數太多，達不到吸納股票的目標，亦可再次供股甚或在市場以其他手法令股價再尋底，因小股東資金有限，若他們堅持持貨，亦會加重其財務負擔，造成心理壓力，最後放棄供股甚或沽貨。
