U mean got companies issue ESOS share price higher than market price??.... there are cases when ESOS shares were issued months or years ago... and share price dropped below ESOS offer price.....BUT when ESOS are first issued.... they are always priced with massive discount....yes?

MT's case.... the ESOS is not offered at say 2 sens but 0.1026.... share price on offer date is 0.11....u think the employees are stupid or the mgt trying to shortchange their employees.?

Depechem, more than 90% people will think like you market price wont drop below esos price, than is it a good chance to trap you all? some more the employee esos and the trader play the price is diff people, employee lose money on the esos none of the trader business, who care.

No worries ppmaster....I always make independent decisions.... the only and biggest reservation in skeptics is perhaps this announcement is only a publicity stunt.... given the high offer price vs stock price ... in that case your doubt is understandable.... hopefully not proved right though....hahaha... cheers.

ESOS at 10.25cts is to pay and reward the loyal employees on insider information that the price can go back to 15cts and above for Christmas , New Year or CNY celebration....
