This is the definition of good company. Loss making buying another loss making company for the god sake of “investing”. RM 7 million cash on hand latest quarter and spent RM 5 million buying rubbish share. RM 1million paper loss after one week. I think SC and Bursa are dead.

i know this is a pump and dump company, people say dont buy this stock.
but from looking at the charts its moving uptrend why not buy and ride the wave?
like most P&D u ride during the Pump period and run during Dump
or am i missing something?

I bought mtronic few months ago at 0.1 and cut loss at 0.05. However after I sold I feel regret why want to sell at such low price so I itchy hand bought back again at 0.05. Today I sold some at 0.07 and feel glad even I still lose money. I hope the rest I can sell with price > 0.1.

KUALA LUMPUR: Metronic Global Bhd has formed a joint venture (JV) with Earthtech Energy Sdn Bhd to seek opportunities in the solar power sector.

Metronic said Earthtech is a member of the multinational group Dehui Group, a comprehensive green energy group which operates globally including China, Vietnam, Germany, the United States (US) and Malaysia.

Metronic said through the JV, both companies would jointly operate the solar power procurement plans, including the installation of solar power equipment.

It said Earthtech would be responsible to identify, secure and commence feasible projects on commercial buildings, which both JV parties agreed on.

"The proposed joint venture will allocate 30 per cent of share equity to Earthtech, and the remaining 70 per cent of the equity shall be held by Metronic.

"Metronic will secure the funding needed for the said project and also to assist with management of the project, while Earthtech would provide the technology know-how," the company said in a statement today.

Metronic chief executive officer Hoo Wai Keong said the maiden project would have a power generation capacity of between 19 megawatts (MW) and 20MW in a commercial building.

"Thereafter, we plan to install up to a total capacity of 100MW over the next three years. Total project cost would be around RM300 million.

"Revenue is expected to hit RM45 million per annum based on a 25-year power purchase agreements with owners of commercial buildings. This will translate to a total revenue of RM1.125 billion over the next 25 years," Hoo added.

people scared its okay to be scared if u enter late after it already fly. this stock hasnt fly yet it is under consolidation slowly up from 0.05-0.07, now news out + private placement for this joint venture all positive. now can be said as ENGINE starting buy early hold TP 0.1 / 0.15 / 0.2 (maybe).

if ur buy range 0.05-0.1, its consider low risk compare to the chances for it to fly high since it accumulated side way for so long. LETS FLY

buy at ur own risk, know when to cut loss and most important PROFIT TAKING

its a typical pump and dump counter but didnt expect the dump was so soon after the news out. the 3rd day they dump... operators could have really let it fly 0.1 and above.

didnt even fly already fall..... the momentum started when they did private placement for 0.65 then the news came out now all stopped because today huge DUMP
