2-3 cents even 4 is hardly a play among syndicate. This is not it. They will not push over 4-5 weeks for 4c as it cost too much. A real push must get at least CLEAN 5-10c at very least. example 15c at their cost of 5c-10c. Dont forget over the 5 weeks it was up and down also.
