Last time Metronic price was affected and stagnant at 4 or 5 sen by legal matters initiated by LKY who at that time a substantial shareholder and may be his gangs..
He has disposed most of his shareholding and his court case seems to be less effective or he may withdraw the case. Pang seems to be the only major shareholder who may have acquired near to 50% and may automatically trigger mandatory offer to buy the rest of the shares... How would that effect the share price?

By looking Sanichi graph, on 1st Jume Sanichi prices was 12 cents high but now 0.055 cents low.

If Sanichi once upon a time was higher than once went down it never rebound as expected. Then, it would goes to METRONIC as well because the CAPTAIN is same which is PANG..... Look as well MNC, MTOUCHE then pattern is same..... The price is low most of the time until now. If the CAPTAIN is the same guy definitely he would drive the ship following the path that familiar to him...... Anyway like always MAGIC CAN HAPPEN.... Hope so lorrr...

Yes you right. At 0.075 no many small retailers chase high. Sign of small retailers cautious.

However they buy many at 0.065 I only can say bravo to them.

I bot Frontkn at 0.17 end of 2016. Its price went up to highest closing at 0.41 on 4/8/2017. It opened high next trading day but suddenly big boys dumping like crazy. I decided to sell at 0.36 avrg. I thought I was smart then cos the price went down as low as 0.275 and closed at 0.33. It was more than 100% earn. 2 months later the price exceeded 0.41 and eventually reach 3.70 now.
As I mentioned earlier, this is a long term investment, hold for 6-18 months. I will add more if earn from other counters.

If you read back the announcement, Cita realiti did dispose big chunk of shares in March, and bought back from June onwards. Tan Sri LKY disposed his abt 30% shares holding on 22/9 & 24/9 respectively. LKY bought around 7.5 to 8 sen and above. He sold all his shares in the open market above 8 sen if you studied the two days market price. Who is buying all the shares? Definitely is Pang, Pang company andthe gangs. Do you think they want to press further down to 0.05 -0.06 and allow others to collect? I don’t know the reasons they pressed down the shares so drastically. It is a bit abnormal. Anyone can explain? I believe they sold at a loss !

Why Pang and the gang want to dispose the shares and on the other hand compete with Tan Sri LKY for the controlling stakes? Does it sound contradicting? I don’t know the corporate games. One things for sure, it is quite different from Sanichi , MNC, I suspect something is brewing
Mtronic is a cash rich company. For those who have already loss, just hold on and observe for sometime. My view might not be right.

I studied Sanichi movement. Yes. It is quite similar to Mtronic. Cita realiti built its shares holdings to abt 24% and pushed up the price to 11.5 sen in June then dumped the price to around 6 to 6.5 sen. It’s shares holding reduced to abt 7 % now.
Maybe Cita realiti will reduce further its shareholding of 11% to 7% in Mtronic. Let us monitoring Pang counters, if Sanichi, MNC plays the same tricks again, hopefully all investors be alert. Same old tricks can keep repeating but feel sad for the genuine small investors. Be careful with your hard earned money.
Just hoping Pang and its gang don’t repeat the same tricks

I don’t think the price will go below 5cent. But for sure will consolidate for sometime. They got good project in hand. But the share price is undervalue at the moment. Read their report they have 58M at fixed deposit. It’s not 5.8M is 58M
