A food for thought...
10 analysts can look at the Same company, Same account, Same data...yet all 10 may have so many different valuation methods, financial models, fair values and my all time fave>GROWTH ASSUMPTIONS!!

Using past accounting results ie 3-6mths OLD to forecast the future growth or the result of a co is valuable BUT it does not tell you where the price is going, how its going there and when its going there.

PRICE already Factored and Discounted EVERYTHING.

Price is what a buyer and a seller agrees on. The product may be a piece of toilet paper but you are willing to pay me $1000 and I feel its worth $1000, then that's what its value is. So just go with the flow and get out if the sentiment engine runs out of fuel. Today put the 2 candles together, and you'd need to take note & be ready....:(

just FYI...
One of the main shareholders NAGENDRAN A/L C. NADARAJAH had disposed all or almost 100million shares off his possession these few days. He bought them early January 2012 at only 0.650. PERISAI spike up just a week ago and traded average at approx. 0.980 for the last 3 days. ~50% gain in 50 days...
