closing price still looks good today. back to support level. but if tomorrow no big buyer, might goes down to 0.64 level. Just watch out tomorrow morning closely, if start to drop, set your cut loss level. don't lose your angpow money.

　（吉隆坡16日訊）PERISAI石油科技（PERISAI，0047，主要板貿服）回應馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢，表示不知情，同時會在2月25日公布截至12月底業績表現。

　該公司上周五（13日）交投火熱過億股量，但近期未有實質宣布，股價走勢引起馬證交所關注並發出質詢，要求提供可能促使交投活絡的最新企業發展。PERISAI石油科技回應，公司沒有未公布的企業發展，亦對任何可能提振公司股價消息毫不知情。

　PERISAI石油科技早盤以68.5仙開市，一度上探72.5仙，休市報72仙，起0.5仙。截至下午4時半，PERISAI石油科技報68仙，起1仙，成交量1億7084萬5700股。

What’s New
We re-examine service providers’ valuations, from a replacement value perspective, in search for values following their recent rerating. Elsewhere, it is a buyers’ market for drilling rigs now; speculative rigs are on fire-sale and yards are offering discounts for new orders. On a separate note, Datuk Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin has been appointed as PETRONAS’ President/CEO effective 1 Apr 2015, on a 3 year-contract, taking over from Tan Sri Shamsul Azhar Abbas, who will remain until 31 Mar 2015.

What’s Our View
Specifically from the replacement value perspective, Perisai offers the biggest gap, 99% above its current market capitalization. This is followed by the other OSVs - Alam (+40% gap), Perdana (+24%) and Icon (+8%). Alam (+27% YTD share price) is the only one with a positive replacement value over its net debt.

From the M&A angle, we see opportunities for UMW OG to capitalise on new, premium rigs built on speculative basis. Such assets can be procured at 10%-15% discounts, off their prevailing market prices and they have a short delivery period.
