If you see Perisai 1st Quarterly Report (31 Mar 2016), this company still got profit compare to other Oil & Gas companies, wonder why it shares didn't rise so much this year..

Perisai has a bond maturing this October. They have to refinance this bond or the share price will never go up.

The way it is performing, it could go down to below 20c. So so cheap to collect and wait for crude to bounce back, doesn't matter if it takes another year.
