Yeah the target price is a moving target. Everytime it gets hit, it moves higher. Perdana Petroleum's chart looks steadier on the rise. Perisai seems to always form lots of new bases before another move.

Of course you need to run now - for short term. Put the last 2 candles together and what do you get? A long tail at the top of a good prior price advance. MACD also showing 4G1R. Momentum slowing. However all these are just indicators and "indicates" only. Anything can change the scenario. It might climb if some large institutional support comes in..... good luck.

US rally, Bursa rally....Perisai still has a tail (short term) but the GMMA looks good (long term). Trajectory looks good.

I agree with slts - CIMB analyst is over bullish. This is a high beta stock - it will come down some more before rebounding.

　（吉隆坡10日訊）PERISAI石油科技（PERISAI，0047，主要板工業）或將參與越南岸外（offshore）競標活動，利好消息帶動，該股早盤起6仙或3.82%，至1.63令吉。

　PERISAI石油科技今早以1.60令吉開市，微揚3仙，休市時掛1.62令吉，揚5仙，交投332萬4100股。

　午盤間，該股維持窄幅波動格局；閉市報1.64令吉，起7仙，全日交投716萬3900股，游走于1.59令吉至1.64令吉之間。

　興業證券研究在分析報告中指出，上述越南岸外競標項目是由馬石油（Petronas）所發出，其中包括岸外生產單位（MOPU），及浮式儲油船（FSO）浮式儲油船（FSO）。

　根據合約，該競標項目將于越南北部海岸的第102區及106區域，建立淺海油田（shallow-water fields）。

　“若該項目將對PERISAI石油科技帶來多項好處，不排除該公司將成為潛在競標人之一，加上公司擁有良好的岸外生產單位經驗，這也有助提高以上競標活動的成功率。”

　看好公司未來前景，興業證券研究給予該股維持“買入”評級，目標價為1.81令吉。
